Two Whites and a Red
SEYVAL BLANC ......Seyval is a Late Harvest White Wine, barrel aged for one year. It has a beautiful golden color and pleasant floral bouquet, with hints of honey, oak, and a touch of sweetness. This wine pairs well with many dishes; shellfish, seafood, poultry, and cream sauce dishes such as Fettuccine Alfredo. Or just enjoy a glass by itself with its crisp flavor and smooth finish.
WHITE PORT......Our White Port with its beautiful deep golden color, has a rich aromatic bouquet. This sweet dessert wine is barrel aged four years. It pairs excellently with fruits and cheeses, chocolate dipped strawberries, cheesecake, or just a nice little glass by itself. I enjoy White Port chilled or at room temperature.
VALENTINO RED......Enjoy a glass or two of this excellent tasting red wine. Its as smooth as Merlot but has more flavor than a Merlot. This wine pairs well with many different dishes. Great with Salmon grilled with a black pepper steak seasoning.
Burgundy Style, Chianti Reserve, Bordeaux Style
Marchael Foch Reserve......This is a versatile Burgundy style red wine with soft tannins. It pairs well with a red sauce pasta dish, eggplant parmesan, chicken marsala, a steak or little fillet, rack or leg of lamb. This wine has a beautiful bouquet of black cherry notes, with a lot of flavor and a smooth finish. It is also nice to just relax and have a glass or two of this wine by itself.
CHIANTI RESERVE...... Chianti Reserve os versatile red wine that can be paired with many dishes. This excellent with red sauce dishes, lasagna, eggplant, veal marsala, chicken vesuvio, and don't forget pepper steak. This wine's flavor will stand up to tasty or even spicier dishes. Because of its wonderful flavor and smooth finish you can also enjoy a glass by itself.
VALENTINO SIGNATURE......Valentino Signature is a Bordeaux style, two year barrel aged red wine with mid-range tannins. Its excellent with red meat dishes such as porterhouse, t-bone, rib-eye, sirlion, strip steak , or fillet mignon; well seasoned and grilled. Because of its smooth finish I will even have it with chicken breast or whitefish.

RED PORT......Red Port us typically barrel aged for 5-7 years and fortified with Cognac. This wine has a beautiful blackberry note, with hints of dark chocolate. It pairs excellently with chocolates semi-sweet or dark, a rich chocolate cake with raspberry sauce, tiramisu, chocolate dipped strawberries, or plain white cheesecake. Sometimes I just like to have a nice little glass after dinner by itself.
